Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM) is the local green building rating and assessment tool, providing the most cost effective management tool to benchmark building performance, identify and prioritise improvements, and communicate your achievement for a building or real estate portfolio.

Green Building is more than the next hot topic, numerous residential and commercial buildings have acquired BEAM Green Building Certificate achieving a higher environmental standard of the building and enhancing their value for potential tenants.
